Landa: And They’re Off…

Benny Landa first introduced the concept of “Nanography” at drupa 2012. There was a reaffirmation of the introduction at drupa 2016, and since then, lots of quiet. It turns out the quiet was self-imposed, and in the interim Landa has been very busy building an organization and shipping presses.

1 What is the final per delivered sheet cost vs offset? I.e. is it more or less expensive to produce a nano job vs offset?
2 Can nano printed work be processed by conventional paper recycling systems in the same way that offset work is processed?
3 What is the toxicity of the nano particles if they are breathed in?
4 Can nano particles pass through human skin?
5 Assuming conventional AM screening, What lpi are production jobs run at?
6 What is the maximum lpi the press is capable of running?
7 Can the press run FM screening?
