FORT PIERCE, Florida, USA — Graph-Tech USA (GTUS) will demonstrate its advanced RFID and digital label production technologies at Loupe Americas 2026 (formerly Labelexpo) in Chicago, September 15–17, Booth 6133.

Highlighted will be the capabilities of its RFIDRunner and LabelRunner systems. Designed to meet the growing demands of industrial label production, both solutions deliver the speed, precision, and reliability required for today's high-volume manufacturing environments.

At the show, visitors will see the RFIDRunner in action, demonstrating high-quality printing and encoding of UHF RFID tags. Engineered for speed, accuracy, and scalability, the RFIDRunner can encode and print up to 10,000 RFID tags in less than 12 minutes, significantly outperforming traditional production methods while reducing floor space requirements and labor demands.

The RFIDRunner incorporates a triple-Impinj architecture with dedicated modules for TID identification, encoding, and multiple quality and data verification checks. This advanced configuration ensures reliable data integrity on every tag while minimizing waste, reducing consumable usage, and maximizing production efficiency and system uptime.

Visitors will also learn how Graph-Tech USA helps label converters and suppliers meet increasing RFID compliance requirements, including major retailer mandates such as Walmart's RFID initiative. As demand for RFID-enabled labels continues to grow, manufacturers require production systems capable of delivering higher volumes at lower operating costs while supporting greater supply chain visibility.

Graph-Tech USA will also demonstrate its LabelRunner digital imprinting system for labels and booklets based on the Rosas Maschinenbau Gazelle II platform and integrated with its eZ-Colorjet industrial inkjet printer. Combining industry-leading winding technology with the latest piezo drop-on-demand (DOD) printing technology, the LabelRunner is a highly affordable solution that produces imprinted labels with exceptional print quality with reliable, high-speed performance.

The system features 600 dpi four-color UV inkjet printing with a maximum print width of 233 mm (9.17 inches), powered by seven Epson I3200 PrecisionCore printheads and integrated with the GT controller platform. The wider print area exceeds the 216 mm required to print two 4-inch labels together with a mark or reference number beneath them.

"We look forward to showcasing our RFID and digital label imprinting expertise at LOUPE Americas," said Markus Portmann, President of Graph-Tech USA. "The RFIDRunner is entirely engineered and manufactured at our Florida facility, including the 600 dpi eZ-Inkjet print engine and our proprietary transport system. This enables true zero-waste production—from the first to the last label on a roll—and supports both labels and individual tags, a capability that is unique in the RFID industry."
