Tim Graham:  Tim Graham from OTC Systems.  We're just going to talk about our self-promotion project that we did last year and we won an award at PODI for this.  Chris is going to fill us in a little bit more of the details.

Chris Stainton:  Chris Stainton, Vice President, OTC Systems.  The application we're talking about was a program we put together in the self-promotion category to introduce both our business and our solution to a perspective group of clients in the automotive field and the idea was to let them experience the process that their end-users or their clients would go through if they were to participate in the program.  So we actually set up a fairly detailed cross media campaign piece for them, introduced them to both direct mail piece, personalized website, HTML e-mail campaign, and a reporting system that was all integrated into one solution for them.  And what we were able to do was to send them the actual piece and get their introduction to it and if they were interested they opted in to participate and that launched them into a web participation format.  So they were actually able to then design a program as a sample template to send out to their customers.

Now when they did that they were experiencing the process that their clients would go through at the same time.  And then as soon as we had someone opt-in, we actually ran a secondary campaign inside our master OTC campaign we called it.  Which then allowed them to look at cross media applications and some cross marketing applications within their dealership.  So a dealer/owner operator who opted in then experienced what it would be like to be a client of a service program, the sales program, or a customer retention program.  So they saw all three aspects of an integrated software application for themselves.  It made it real easy for them to use.  In average a dealer can sit down and in five or ten minutes actually develop an entire program from **** in a cross media campaign.

 They did design online proofing and they sent away through the fulfillment really in a matter of minutes and that was one of the big breakthroughs for this process was that we allowed one of the retailers to go through a program and get something out into their clients hands inside 36 to 48 hours, from start to finish.  And that was what the presentation was about and that's what the award was for.
