Third Parties Providing Services on our Behalf

WTT Media retains service providers and suppliers to manage or support its business operations, provide professional services, deliver products, services and to assist with communication initiatives. These providers include, for example, credit card processors, marketing and communications providers, hosting and IT service providers, email service providers, and cloud application providers. We may share your information with these companies to enable them to provide you with services on our behalf, and third parties for the purpose of conducting general business analysis. Our webinars and white papers offer our the opportunity to learn from industry experts. They are provided to you at no charge through the generous support of our sponsors. When you register for a webinar or white paper, sponsors may receive may receive your contact information including your email address. If you do not wish the sponsor to receive your contact information, do not register for a Webinar or White Papers.

Legal Proceedings

We may also share your personal information:

In response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order, or a request for cooperation from law enforcement or other government agency; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. We have no intention of collecting personal information from children under the age of 13. When we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without such child’s parent or guardian’s consent, we will use all reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.

Please note that we may send you other types of transactional and relationship e-mail communications, such as service announcements and administrative notices without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. It may not always be possible to completely remove or delete all of your information from our databases without some residual data because of backups and other reasons.

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, and disclosure. Our credit card processing vendor uses security measures to protect your information both during the transaction and after it is complete. Our vendor is certified as compliant with card association security initiatives. Our method of processing and transmitting financial information is compliment with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and is audited by a third-party firm specializing in financial information security.

Visiting Our Web Site From Outside of The United States

By using the Services, or providing us with any information, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, maintenance and transfer of such information in the United States and other countries where the privacy laws may be different from those in the country where you reside and/or are a citizen, and waive any claims relating to the collection, processing, or transfer of data outside of your country of residence.
