CRC Information Gets Commercial Communications as Customer

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (April 3, 2002) - CRC Information Systems, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to announce the addition of Commercial Communications, Inc. (CCI) to its family of graphic arts customers. Hartland, Wisconsin-based CCI is a leading provider of printing, fulfillment, and distribution and has licensed all of CRC’s nearly 100 modules. According to CCI president and founder Bob Hegwood, “CRC’s software will assist in streamlining work flow, especially in the specifying, estimating, and ordering processes.” Hegwood said he selected CRC because of “their expertise in delivering fully integrated business management systems and for their reputation in the graphic arts industry.” Hegwood also noted that CRC will provide CCI’s Fortune customers with the high levels of measurement and metric data that they have come to expect in order to increase document management efficiency and reduce time to market. CCI services global Fortune businesses with printing, fulfillment, distribution and a full suite of e-business services including its web-enabled document management system, Publication Zoneä. The company, founded in 1982 by Bob and Barb Hegwood, employs 250 and maintains sales and production facilities in Hartland, WI, Phoenix, AZ, and Chicago, IL.
