OKI Team Back from a Very Successful Open House at Conde Systems

Press release from the issuing company

The open house was very well organized, and offered attendees live demos of all the different Digital Transfer technologies offered by Conde Systems based in Mobile, AL.

Arthur Verweij, Sr. Product Marketing Manager at OKI Data Americas, was present at this event and mentioned that this was by far one of the busiest Open House events ever organized by Conde.

David Gross, President at Conde Systems, announced that the attendance was spectacular with over 800 people visiting the Conde facility. Gross also stated, “It was good to meet all our customers in person and give them the opportunity to meet their account managers and see all our technologies live in action.”

Throughout the day, attendees took part in several presentations and workshops focusing on how they can be more successful running their business.

Crowds of attendees also lined the hallways, where Conde has thousands of sublimatable items on display, as they sought inspiration for future business or new ideas to sell to their customers.

OKI presented their entire series of world-famous Digital Transfer printers including the world’s first 13” x 19” Digital Transfer printer – the 5- color (CMYK +White) PROC9541WT. Also showcased were the C8432WT that prints up to 11” x 17” CMYK + white or black, the C711Wt and the C6410 NeonColor printer.

Conde’s Doug DeWitt, Product Manager for the OKI Digital Transfer Printers, held live demos of the Digital Transfer solutions including the transfer rip throughout the event. DeWitt was often recognized by many of his customers who have met him at various tradeshows or seen him on CondeTV, which is the online source for videos and helpful tips and tricks to become a Digital Transfer professional.

Arthur Verweij mentioned that many OKI prospects were excited what the OKI Digital Transfer printers can offer, like producing full-color transfers for light and dark apparel, as well as transfers on 100% cotton, 100% polyester, or any fabric blend. In addition, the OKI can be used for transfers on all kinds of hard goods like hats, plaques, cups, ceramic, wood or metal. “OKI’s only limitation is your creative imagination,” Verweij stated.

Many attendees noted that the OKI printers were the most versatile devices out on the floor, and they all enjoyed getting the free samples and watching the live demo transfers to shirts.

“We sold a lot of OKI printers and most of the OKI floor models were sold and carried out of the door, but we also have a lot of work to do contacting those prospects that need additional information or support with financing options,” DeWitt stated at the end of the Open House.
