Henrik Engell-Jensen new Head of Heidelberg Used Equipment

September 5, 2002 -- Henrik Engell-Jensen has been appointed Head of Heidelberg Used Equipment with responsibility for global sales and marketing and the overall business development of Heidelberg’s refurbishment facilities around the world. Engell-Jensen, a native of Denmark, joined Heidelberg and its United States distribution agency, the East Asiatic Company, 26 years ago when he was 20. He is a truly an international print media representative, with experience in sales marketing and general management in India, Indonesia, Kenya, the Philippines, Singapore and the U.S. In the last 10 years, Engell-Jensen has been directly involved in the used equipment business, initially in Asia and subsequently in the U.S., where he was vice president of remarketed equipment. In his new role, he will remain based out of the U.S. These announcements follow the departure of Jon Guy as head of the worldwide Heidelberg Used Equipment and promotion to the position of President, Gallus, USA. Tom Finucane has been named managing director of the refurbishment plant in Slough, UK. He is now two and a half years with Heidelberg, previously as finance director and company secretary. Heidelberg´s refurbishment centers are located in the UK, U.S., Mexico, Malaysia, Russia and Japan.
