UniNet to Unveil Innovative Dye Sublimation Transfer Print Solution to Fuel Business Growth at ISS Long Beach 2019

Press release from the issuing company

Hawthorne, Calif. – UniNet, a worldwide technology-driven OEM providing on-demand digital print technology, will be launching the iColor® 350 at the upcoming ISS in Long Beach, CA. Taking place at booth #1921, UniNet will showcase the new addition to its family of digital transfer printing equipment exclusively dedicated to dye sublimation.

UniNet reinvents the dye sublimation market with the introduction of the iColor® 350.
As the industry’s first of its kind, the iColor® 350 incorporates a specialty formulated dye sublimation toner technology for production of high quality, durable, and vibrant color prints. This system uses heat to transfer images in a one-step process onto an array of white or light-colored polyester-based textiles, and sublimation coated hard surface substrates such as ceramic, metal, acrylic and more. The iColor® 350 printing system puts an end to priming of ink delivery systems, cleaning of ink printer heads, and all maintenance associated with standard ink-based dye sublimation printing devices. The iColor® 350 provides a much longer toner’s expiration date, an advantage not available with inkjet solutions. It is also uniquely suited to ensure higher yields, and prints at much higher speeds than competing ink sublimation systems delivering greater efficiency and productivity.

Also being presented is the newly released iColor® 550 Digital Transfer Printer, a multi-purpose printing solution developed for the transfer production of garments, hard surface as well as the print production of labels, banners, stationary, and more. The flexibility of this new printer allows users to create heat transfer prints with white over print, white under print and regular CMYK prints without white, making it the most versatile digital transfer printer on the market.

There will be the opportunity to talk to the experts and see live demonstrations of UniNet’s portfolio of products. The UniNet team will be demonstrating how digital transfer printing provides new revenue possibilities with the ability to produce short-run, personalized items on demand, and how it is also a cost-effective alternative to screen printing and direct-to-garment (DTG).
