Product Features are:

• Faster Dry Times
• Longer Stay Open Time
• Vegetable Based and free of mineral oils
• Provides a high gloss even if overcoating is not an option
• Duct Fresh
• Comply with ISO 2846-1 and allows printing in accordance to the international standard ISO12647-2
• Dries by penetration and by oxidation, forming a robust ink film
• Free from cobalt based drying catalysts

Product Stability:

• Intended for use in offset printing on paper. Suitable for all types and all sizes of sheetfed offset presses
• Star Dot PW5 inks are suitable for any kind of matte/silk coated papers
• Any kinds of gloss coated stocks; uncoated stocks and coated cardboard.
• Can be overprinted either with an oil-based or water-based overprinting varnish.
Star Dot PW5 Ink does not require to be run with a special fountain solution. We recommend using our Dot Control CP Fountain Solution for small-to-midsize presses and our Dotworks Gold Fountain Solution for the larger, multi-color presses.
