In preparation for the holiday season, Printful invests $6.6 million in printing tech upgrade for DTG apparel

Press release from the issuing company

LOS ANGELES - With the holiday season approaching, Printful takes a step further to offer even better quality prints, and faster order fulfillment times.

Printful facilities now use industry-leading Kornit Storm Hexa-R printers that improve color consistency of direct-to-garment (DTG) prints across all three locations. This upgrade has cost the print-on-demand drop shipping company $6.6 million.

Kornit Storm Hexa-R printers capture a wider color spectrum, making the final product even more vibrant and truer to the colors customers see on their screen. This investment will also help decrease order fulfillment times, which is especially important as holiday season nears.

During the last five years Printful has invested almost $13.2 million in printing tech at no additional cost to the customers.
