WAM!NET Names Lisa Gray as VP of Business Affairs and General Counsel

EAGAN, Minn. - WAM!NET Inc., a leading provider of digital content management services for the global media industry, today announced that it has named Lisa A. Gray to the position of executive vice president, Business Affairs and General Counsel. Gray joined WAM!NET in November 1998. In her role as General Counsel, she has established and led WAM!NET's legal team and been instrumental in the company's global expansion and acquisition strategies. Prior to WAM!NET, Gray was a partner at the Minneapolis-based law firm of Larkin, Hoffman, Daly & Lindgren, Ltd., where she specialized in dispute resolution and litigation management.
