TRENTON – Northstar New Jersey Lottery Group today announced a Request for Proposals (RFP) inviting printing services suppliers to submit proposals to be placed on a list of Qualified Printing Services Vendors to provide services needed for Northstar New Jersey’s sales, marketing, advertising, and promotional programs.

Northstar New Jersey will evaluate proposals received from printing services suppliers that respond to the RFP.  Firms that meet the RFP requirements will be placed on a Qualified Printing Services Vendors List, which will then become the exclusive source of supply for the Lottery’s printing needs for the next two years. During that period, Northstar New Jersey will order printing services only from listed vendors and will not consider placing orders with any printing services suppliers that have not gone through the qualification process. 

This is a limited opportunity. A printing services firm that does not respond to the current RFP will not have another opportunity to be placed on the New Jersey Lottery Qualified Printing Services Vendors List until a new RFP is issued in 2019.
