Mail-Well Elects Alister Reynolds to Its Board of Directors

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., May 1 -- Mail-Well, Inc. today announced the election of Alister Reynolds to its board of directors. Mr. Reynolds is currently senior advisor to the office of the chairman at Quest Diagnostics Inc. Previously, he served as senior vice president of U.S. operations with primary responsibility for the successful integration of the SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories acquisition. Mr. Reynolds joined Corning Inc., the former parent company of Quest Diagnostics, in 1982 and has held a variety of executive positions with the company including vice president, strategic planning; vice president of information technology and communications; and general manager in the New England and California regions. A graduate of Colgate University where he earned an undergraduate degree in economics/international relations, Mr. Reynolds also received an M.B.A in finance from Cornell University.
