GraphLine and Spinks Ink Enter into Logistical Partnership

Monday, August 18, 2008

Press release from the issuing company

Sunrise, FL, (August 17, 2008)  -- GraphLine, North America's preeminent printing and graphic distributor, and Spinks Ink, the standard bearer for quality ink to the small to medium quick and commercial printer, have entered into a distribution agreement that promises to enhance the value of both companies.

"GraphLine is in a unique position as the leading master distributor of the most respected brands and private labels in our industry," said Tom Brancato, GraphLine's Director of Marketing Services, "we are able to reach and replenish dealers with pre-press and pressroom products in a way that allows them to balance their inventories and eliminate many of the soft costs associated with working with multiple vendors. We are very pleased that Spinks Ink has chosen GraphLine to not only distribute their products to dealers but also to partner with us in growing market share and increasing sales. We look forward to developing the business and selling and representing a product that printers have known and trusted for over 30 years and is made in America."

Spinks Ink sells a complete spectrum of offset printing inks, from rubber base for smaller format presses and uncoated stocks, to Quickset and Titan, faster drying oil base inks for duplicators and mid-sized presses. And with the introduction of a new series of waterless inks, Spinks has a world class offering of inks to a gamut of offset printers. "GraphLine will continue to supply on-demand special ink mixes and will continue to offer the same varnishes and all the ancillary items that Spinks currently sells. We also intend to continue to deliver superior service that, along with product quality, is a hallmark of the Spinks name," added Mr. Brancato.

Tim Palleschi, GraphLine's Retail Business Coordinator, noted, "because of our mutual dealer base and our strong presence in the retail paper stores that serve the printer market across the country, this partnership makes sense across the entire supply chain, from manufacturing to ink on press. It will benefit all of our mutual customers; Spinks ink has a name in the industry synonymous with quality and product integrity. We are very excited about going forward with this opportunity and expect a seamless transition."

GraphLine, headquartered in Sunrise, FL, has distribution locations in Indianapolis, IN, and Gardena, CA, located just outside of Los Angeles. With Regional Sales Managers calling on dealers and their end-users and an experienced, professional Customer Service, Marketing and Technical Support Department, GraphLine is able to market, sell to and support its dealers and their customers and to adapt to a changing market in a way that is beneficial to both manufacturers and to dealers.
