Directors of Customer Research and Customer Analytics join Lenati’s Seattle Headquarters expanding marketing offerings across the U.S.

Press release from the issuing company

Seattle, WA – Lenati, a recognized leader in marketing and sales strategy consulting, has made two strategic hires to spearhead the delivery of Customer Insight and Analytics solutions for clients.

David Dorrian, former Director of Insights for Tahzoo Worldwide, joins Lenati as the Director of Research. His expertise blends traditional and emerging research techniques for customer acquisition, customer experience, and personalization strategy initiatives. Jonathan Adler joins as the Director of Analytics. Prior to Lenati, Jonathan was a Lead of Advanced Analytics at Promontory Financial Group, a strategy and regulatory compliance consulting firm. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Applied Mathematics.

The newly appointed Directors oversee customer research (qualitative, quantitative and social media research), customer data analysis, and predictive analytics.

“Marketing departments are focused on customer-centric strategies that require a deep understanding of customer behavior,” David Dorrian stated, “For our clients, we provide a 360-degree view of the customer.”

Jonathan Adler adds, “Our ability to use statistical modeling and optimization techniques opens new doors to marketing approaches that are uniquely targeted to each individual customer.”

Additional advancements include The Loyalty Program ROI Simulator, a proprietary tool that assesses the value of a loyalty program by simulating millions of customer actions using big data and parallel computing.

“Understanding how customers think, feel, and act is crucial to formulating effective strategy.” said Marc Steiner, Partner and Head of Lenati’s Customer Insights and Analytics Practice. “We are in a unique position to conduct research and analysis that translates directly into actionable recommendations for our clients.”

Lenati’s recent investments position the firm to serve brands that would historically look to large consulting firms with integrated research divisions, such as McKinsey, Bain & Company or Boston Consulting Group.

“We continue to grow our reputation as a leading marketing strategy consultancy.” Managing Partner, Kris Klein commented, “These investments directly benefit our work and clients. This is a very exciting time for our firm.”
