Sequiam Details Plan to Acquire the Brekel Group

ORLANDO, Fla.--June 21, 2002--Sequiam Corporation is pleased to announce its plan to acquire Brekel Group, Inc. through a 1:1 stock exchange with at least 80% of the shareholders of Brekel Group, Inc. ("BGI"). Sequiam Corporation has delivered an offer to each of the BGI shareholders to be closed on July 9, 2002, as may be extended by Sequiam Corporation in order to secure the minimum number of shares. The transaction is contingent upon the acquisition of at least 80% of the issued and outstanding shares of BGI and upon approval of the agreement by the shareholders of Sequiam Corporation. Currently, there are 21,772,094 issued and outstanding shares of BGI, all of which may be acquired by Sequiam Corporation. Assuming Sequiam Corporation acquires all of the BGI stock, our total issued and outstanding shares of common stock will be increased to 46,005,094.
