The Hibbert Group Acquires The RedShark Group

Mountain Lakes, New JerseyGraphic Arts Advisors, LLC (GAA) is pleased to announce the sale of The RedShark Group to The Hibbert Group. GAA served as the exclusive advisor to RedShark on the transaction. Mitch Evans, GAA Director, commented that “in addition to RedShark’s customer base, the sale includes RedShark’s technology that provides easy-to-use and implement cloud-based content solutions that are customized to each individual client. The Hibbert Group, a premier integrated marketing solutions provider, will continue to serve RedShark’s customers.” 

The RedShark Group, headquartered in Danville, CA was originally spun-off from FatBrain.com, a subsidiary of Barnes & Noble that specialized in professional and technical titles for the corporate marketplace. Services include worldwide fulfillment and distribution of printed material, marketing campaign management, custom web-to-print e-commerce solutions, integrated fulfillment solutions and comprehensive print capabilities. The RedShark Group has been servicing a broad range of industries for over 15 years, including, consulting, financial, government and technology organizations.
