Presstek, LLC, leading provider of eco-friendly printing solutions, today announced that Scott Porter has joined the Presstek team as Sales Manager, DI^® Systems, to support the company’s ever-expanding sales opportunities in the USA.

Based in Orange County, CA, Porter will drive sales activity for the Western region, utilizing the wealth of industry knowledge and experience he has accumulated throughout his 30-year career. Porter’s most recent positions include Color Specialist at Kodak, Sales Manager for HP Indigo and Production Specialist and Igen Specialist at Xerox.

In addition to the new business opportunities that Porter will oversee as part of his role, he will also support Presstek’s impressive and valued existing install-base.

However, I am also keen to ensure that they take advantage of the ECO-UV enhancement option available for DI presses. This curing system takes the production capabilities of DI presses to the next level. It accelerates production by drying sheets instantly and opens the door to new business opportunities by enabling users to print on an expanded range of substrates, including plastics and vinyl.” 

ECO-UV is available as a field upgrade to Presstek’s existing customer base or can be purchased with new or Certified Pre-Owned DI presses.
