Charlotte, North CarolinaGlobal anilox roll supplier Harper Corporation of America is the leading innovator in laser engraved ceramic anilox rolls and sleeves for the printing and coating markets worldwide. As such, the company is excited to announce its participation as an exhibitor at the upcoming Labelexpo Americas 2016. This three-day event includes seminars, demonstrations, networking opportunities, and more, allowing attendees to see the latest technology in action in the label and package printing industry.

Harper Corporation of America will be exhibiting several of its products and delivering briefings on how Harper programs, services, surface technology, and engravings can enhance efficient print repeatability and improve profitability. In addition, Harper will also announce its Harper Express Program – the fastest anilox delivery program in the industry for most popular narrow web presses.

Among the products being showcased is Harper’s HIVE (High Imaging Volume Engravings) line of engravings series which delivers high levels of print quality and predictability with exclusive print performance. This will include Harper’s exclusive patent-pending Cladless Anilox Sleeve Technology which features no aluminum cladding, lighter weight, corrosion resistance, and more.

The company will also feature its award-winning patented QD™ ink proofing and flatbed printing system. This system has become the color-matching proofer of choice by many of the leading ink manufacturers. With the expansion of functional printing into the flexo and gravure markets, Harper has developed printing features and accessories that minimize the amount of expensive materials necessary to test printed electronic concepts and ideas. Harper has also expanded the engraving geometries and volumes for the proofers to accommodate the different deposit properties of functional inks needed for functional and printed electronics.

Also on display will be the new QD™ Laboratory Master Flatbed Printer, which features a module construction with programmable travel speed and digital display allowing travel speeds to be set in inches or centimeters and maximum speeds of 1000 in/minute or 2500 cm/minute.

In addition, Harper’s HEX division will display a line of plate and bridge (adapters) sleeves which are specially designed to decrease downtime and minimize make ready. Also on display will be the new RTV sleeve to color code anilox sleeve inventory.

Harper Corporation of America invites attendees to visit the company's booth, number 401, at the event. Labelexpo Americas 2016 will be held September 13-15 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.
