CARLSBAD, California - May 23, 2002 -- GoodToGo Systems, Inc. has acquired all online preflighting software and GoodToGo customers from HappyMacs, the original developers of GoodToGo Online Preflighting software. HappyMacs will continue to serve its existing customers as a consulting firm specializing in Graphic Art production workflows. GoodToGo Online Preflighting software allows printers, publishers and prepress houses to accept print-ready jobs from their design customers. GoodToGo is based on patented preflight technology licensed exclusively from Markzware, Inc., makers of FlightCheck. The GoodToGo client application runs on either Macintosh or Windows platforms and could be used free for 30 days.
