Leading Industry Product & Service Suppliers Exhibiting in Epicomm Conference Vendor Showcase

Wednesday, May 04, 2016

Press release from the issuing company

More than two dozen companies will offer informative displays and host events at the Epicomm Experience, May 16-18, in Savannah, Georgia

Alexandria, Va. – More than two dozen leading industry product and service suppliers will take part in the Vendor Showcase at the Epicomm Experience, the 2016 Annual Conference of Epicomm, the Association for Leaders in Print, Mail, Fulfillment, and Marketing Services. The event will take place May 16-18, at the Hyatt Regency Savannah in Savannah, Ga.

“We are really excited to be able to provide this year’s Annual Conference attendees access to exhibits and experts from such a broad-based group of Vendor Showcase participants,” says Ken Garner, Epicomm President and Chief Executive Officer. “Our Vendor Showcase will not only offer a convenient place to learn about the latest industry products and services in a relaxed setting, but will also serve as the focus of a variety of activities during our conference, starting with our Kick-Off Party and Community Service Project.”

Located in the conference’s general session area so attendees have full and immediate access to all program events, the Vendor Showcase will mirror the energy and excitement that is the Epicomm Experience. “At the Vendor Showcase, attendees can speak with vendors and suppliers to learn how their solutions can benefit them, or just drop by for a minute to see what’s new or discuss their business challenges and opportunities with their peers and knowledgeable industry representatives,” says Jennifer Root, Epicomm Director of Events and Education.

The May 16 Kick-Off Party, Showcase Opener, and Community Service Project, sponsored by Konica Minolta, will offer attendees a chance to view the Vendor Showcase exhibits, make new contacts, visit with old friends, and give back to the host community through a project that will benefit needy children and teens in the Savannah area.  While enjoying the reception, attendees can join in to help assemble kits that will be donated to Savannah’s Greenbriar Children’s Center, a nonprofit organization that provides childcare and residential and family counseling services.

The Vendor Showcase will also be the site of an end-of-the-day Happy Hour on May 17, providing attendees and guests with a perfect opportunity to kick back and unwind while enjoying a refreshing beverage and sharing what’s been learned during the first two days of the conference with fellow attendees and guests.
