Press release from the issuing company

SAN FRANCISCO, httprint.com Inc., a full service provider for the print industry, announced today that Eric V. Stafford has been appointed chief financial officer. In this role, Stafford will oversee financial management of the company, including budgeting and analysis, accounting and investor relations. Stafford will report directly to Mark Porter, httprint group president and CEO. "Eric brings strong operational and financial management experience as well as a proven track record for funding success to httprint," said Porter. "Eric's knowledge of corporate strategy, marketing and financial analysis will facilitate our expansion in international markets and position httprint as the global services and resource leader to the printing industry." Stafford, 35, brings more than 10 years of financial experience to httprint. Most recently, Stafford was CEO/CFO of Stellar Networks, a leading webcaster, where he was responsible for strategic planning as well as execution and implementation of the financial, legal, marketing and programming aspects of the company. Additionally, Stafford authored the company's business plan and raised more than $2.6 million in financing. Prior to this, Stafford held various investment banking positions at Montgomery Securities, Lazard Freres and Goldman Sachs. "While many dot.coms are struggling to remain viable in today's economy, httprint is thriving and will continue to succeed because it was built on a solid foundation rooted in the brick-and-mortar world of traditional print," said Stafford. "More importantly, httprint has an experienced management team and solid business plan to sustain growth."
