Fastsigns CEO Catherine Monson Named Leading Keynote Speaker at 2016 PIA President’s Conference

CARROLLTON, Texas - Catherine Monson, CEO of FASTSIGNS International, Inc., is the leading keynote speaker at the Printing Industries of America (PIA) 2016 President’s Conference, held March 6 – 9, in Palm Desert, Calif.

Monson will kick off the speaking and education portion of the conference with a presentation March 7 on, “What It Takes to Be a Successful Leader: A Component of Leading a Positive Transformation.” Monson is a 30-year veteran of the print and visual communications industry. Drawing on her experience in franchising and digital printing, Monson will share the specific skills and characteristics of the most effective leaders, practical tactics for developing strengths in these areas and insight on how to lead a successful business transformation. 

“Businesses and organizations need innovative visual communications in order to connect with their customers in a fast-paced, technology-driven market,” explained Monson. “To be competitive, print service providers must keep their fingers on the pulse of industry trends and the most efficient operational practices. I will share the importance of effective leadership and how it impacts each of these areas.”
