Joseph Velasquez To Head Consumables Division of Bob Weber Inc. 

Cleveland, OH – Bob Weber Inc. is proud to announce the addition of Joseph Velasquez as General Manager and head of BWI Digital Plates Division. Joseph will be responsible for sales team leadership, development of new markets in North and South America, contribute to product and vendor selection, as well as general management responsibilities.

Bob Weber, President of Bob Weber Inc., welcomes Joseph to the company, stating -- “We are looking forward to expanding our offerings as Joe brings his knowledge and many years of experience in the printing industry to develop areas where there is growth potential in both North and South America.”

Joseph joins the BWI team from Perez Trading Company of Miami, Florida where he was employed for the past 15 years. Perez Trading Company is one of the world's leading sources in the graphic arts industry for paper, packaging board, and the latest printing and converting technologies.  As Regional Manager, he directed all sales and business development efforts, specifically targeting Graphic Arts products for Commercial Printers and Newspapers in Central America. 

In addition, Joseph worked at C.P. Bourg Inc., as Regional Manager for the Americas. He was responsible for creating and supporting the distributor sales network throughout Latin America.  He also held several management positions at AB Dick Company. While there, he was instrumental in supporting distributors’ sales efforts in South, Central America, Caribbean and Asia. 

Joseph’s years of experience will benefit BWI during the development of sales and distribution channels for their prepress equipment and consumables lines.
