Kocher + Beck announces: Cindy Keith as new Marketing & HR Admin

Kocher + Beck is happy to announce a new, yet familiar face to their team. Cindy Keith, who had started off with the company as an intern two years ago has returned to Kocher + Beck to take on responsibilities in Marketing and Human Resources.

After showing her strengths in several marketing related projects, Cindy organized Kocher + Beck’s appearance at the 2014 Label Expo Americas in Chicago. 

Cindy will be focusing on major projects related to Marketing and Human Resources such as the re-creation of the company’s website, next year’s Label Expo, Kocher + Beck’s approach towards Employee Recruiting, Retention and Performance Management.

“I feel extremely fortunate to receive this opportunity and to further develop within a company that reflects my own personality so strongly. Growing up in Germany, I can identify with Kocher + Beck’s core values and I am very excited to watch the company further expand on to the North and South American market.”

Daniel Grammatikos, Vice President of Finance and Administration has mentored Cindy throughout her time at Kocher + Beck. “Cindy is a great asset to our company. Her work ethic and background are a perfect fit for our marketing and HR department. We added another essential piece to our company to continue our successful growth in the North and South American market.”
