MELVILLE, N.Y., – Canon Solutions America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc., today announced the launch of its Performance Resource Center, a web-based tool and resource portal with a variety of management, marketing, and benchmarking tools to help in-plant and CRD managers to create business strategies and expand the value and the range of their services. This newest suite of dynamic, intuitive tools and resources is offered exclusively through Canon Solutions America.
Developed by the company's Enterprise Services and Solutions division, the Performance Resource Center was designed as a unique solution that offers a suite of tools and resources to help optimize print center operations while addressing the increased demand for cross-media services. Throughout the industry, print center managers are acknowledging the need to expand their service offerings and meet the evolving needs of their customers for online and interactive business communications.
