Città di Castello, Italy - CMC S.r.l. a global leading technology provider for the Direct Mail, Transactional and Fulfillment industry and XPROMA a trusted German company offering machinery and service for the document finishing industry, today have announced a strategic partnership to combine strengths to serve the international markets. The agreement and the entry of XPROMA as an essential shareholder in CMC is the first step of an overall initiative and short-term program to bring the two companies together.

The strategic alliance will set a new organization structure with Francesco Ponti continuing the role of Company CEO , Ralf Kolsen will assume the position of Chief Operating Officer, Lorenzo Ponti as Technical Director and Giuseppe Ponti, Founder and soul of the company, as President and Strategic Development Director.
