Talking Print – Taking property marketing collateral to a new level

Press release from the issuing company

London based Audio and Video in print consultancy, Talking Print, has taken the marketing collateral for the property sector to a whole new level, having produced one of its unique ‘Bespoke Video Brochures’ to help publicise and promote the sale of the iconic Madame Tussauds building on behalf of Prestbury Investment Holdings. The unique video brochure helped to create a real ‘wow factor’ and buzz for the potential and prospective purchasers of the iconic development in the property sector.

Just 200 of Talking Print’s short run on-demand ‘Bespoke Video Brochures’ were produced within a demanding short-time period, together with new, additional challenging features, which included stereo sound and headphones.

Talking Print were selected by fellow London-based design agency, d.vision create, who specialise in branding, graphics, literature, photographic and digital imagery and online media for both corporate and consumer communications.

d.vision create’s Creative Director, Jonathan Davis, said he had been impressed after meeting Talking Print as, “They were the most receptive to our list of demands and filled us with confidence.” In addition, Jonathan said the service levels at Talking Print, their technical capability and time-frame turnaround ability had also helped pushed them to the fore as the company of choice for the project.

Talking Print had also previously worked with the printers of the accompanying brochure, London-based family-owned Downey & Co., who have a renowned reputation for producing stunning and unique print.

Explaining about the project, Jonathan stated, “We had to look at how to incorporate a video within a proper sales package for the client that could also be a stand-alone element in itself.”

“By producing the video brochure and also a conventional piece of print alongside it, we created something that had not been seen before in the property market, and it was that real ‘wow factor’ that we had been looking for.”

He added, “Despite the various challenges we provided Talking Print with, they came with a clear will to make the project happen, and that was what we required.”

Along with the limited quantity of video brochures, Talking Print were also faced with the challenge of creating a bespoke video brochure that operated in stereo audio sound at a screen size of just 10”, again a challenge that had to be overcome.

Speaking about Talking Print’s involvement in the Prestbury Investment Holdings Madame Tussauds project, Managing Director David Hyams, stated, “The video brochure that we produced for this property development has taken the marketing and selling element for this sector to a whole new level. It’s been encouraging that Prestbury saw it as the way to add that unique and different element to their selling tools, and it certainly paid off!”

The project clearly worked, as the iconic building which has Madame Tussauds as its accompanying tenant has now been sold.

So if property companies, developers or creatives are looking for that ‘special element’ for their sales tool, then Talking Print clearly have the answer!

The bespoke video brochures from Talking Print are all produced to customer’s specifications, and can be turned around in three days or less! Using digital print they can also be personalised, with no minimum quantity requirement. Also, by being produced in the UK there is total control of quality and delivery.

Talking Print is the brainchild of David Hyams, who, due to his background and experience in all forms of graphic design and print, has established Talking Print to be known for being big on quality and keen on price, which is paramount for companies looking for that cost-effective print solution which has a totally unique selling point.
