Given the sad demise of both PaperlinX and Tullis Russell and therefore the loss of stock access to both Performa White and Trucard respectively, Warren has filled the gap left in the market with its ready-made equivalents. 

Ensocoat is a market leading coated solid bleached board for superb graphic products and packaging.

Chromocard HB and Performa White are both fully coated virgin fibre boards with a coated white back finish for which Warren is now the exclusive merchant stockist.

Chromocard HB and Performa White offer the versatility and dependability to satisfy the strict demands of the modern graphics and carton industries. The grades are suitable for a thousand and one end uses: brochures, high quality cartons, calendars, greeting cards, postcards, covers, displays, folders, notepads, posters, tickets, tags.

The Trucard product was very popular and held by most merchants until the recent demise of Scottish papermaker, Tullis Russell.

Warren’s alternative offering for Trucard is Ensocoat, Stora Enso’s flagship board that has been manufactured to meet the high demands of both the graphics industry and luxury packaging sector. Ensocoat is a Fully Coated Solid Bleach Sulphate Board (SBS) with a coated reverse. Produced from responsibly sourced, certified raw materials, it serves as the industry standard for high performance and sustainability. Ensocoat is used for a wide variety of print and carton applications such as; greeting cards, pharma/cosmetic cartons, book covers, brochures, folders, tags, point-of-sale and calendars.

Stocked in-depth with Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) Chain of Custody and available for same/next day delivery nationwide, both grades can also be supplied to customers’ exact quantity requirements. Using Warren’s renowned pallet splitting service, customers know they can order exactly what they need instead of having excess material sitting on their floor. In addition, as a member, Warren can offer both products through the AIMS Group.

Chromocard HB is manufactured at Stora Enso’s Fors mill in Sweden. The mill has Chain of Custody according to Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) and The Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC™) certification schemes, as well as certified hygiene management system.

Ensocoat provides a true endorsement of high quality perfection standards - embodying luxury and consistent high quality. It out-performs other boards with its dazzling brightness, whiteness and smoothness. When a lasting, perfect impression is required, Ensocoat is the number one choice. 

As a high-end graphical board product, Ensocoat has been crafted to offer the results in all performance areas, from print to converting and finishing. Its surface smoothness and printing performance have all been optimised to impress even in the most demanding of graphical print applications. 

Its qualities include a top-quality whiteness and UV resistance, which provide clear premium result advantages. Coupled with excellent reverse side print results and craftability, Ensocoat has gained an even greater advantage over its competitors, providing stunning end results. In packaging applications, Ensocoat is typically used for cosmetics, perfumes and other products for elegance care, and it is excellent for premium confectionery and chocolate packaging. 

Ensocoat also provides superb print surface results and structure for displays and laminated boxes such as champagne, spirits and other high-end beverage packaging uses.

Additionally within the Ensocoat range is Ensocoat C2S, which is a two-sided coated option, which provides a symmetrical appearance on both sides of the board. Ensocoat C2S is available in a variety of weights ranging from 220-500gsm from a reel-to-sheet facility offering a 10 working day delivery service.
