Press release from the issuing company
The EUROMAN prints both: supply and demand
A good offer produces its own demand. The EUROMAN combines efficiency, flexibility, and productivity while maintaining high quality and cutting-edge technology. This makes it the ideal offer for dynamic markets with high growth rates, as it can meet any demand. Advertising inserts, brochures, directories, magazines, and catalogues, to name just a few.
Where the EUROMAN comes into operation, different circulations have their home. No matter if as a 32-page press, a double web configuration or a 48-page press – the EUROMAN significantly increases productivity. Even small and medium runs can be produced cost-efficiently due to short makeready times. The EUROMAN prints 32-page products as well as 16-page products. This significantly increases the flexibility compared to a 16-page press.
Highest Product Variability and Technically on Top
Advertising supplements, inserts, directories, yellow pages and books are typical products that can be printed on a EUROMAN press. The double-circumference 32- or 48-page heatset web offset press with a web width of up to 1,300 millimeters offers the automatic plate change PPL, which shortens the makready times by 50 percent. For color register and cut-off register control, manroland web systems has developed highclass Closed Loop systems. These systems automatically and reliably ensure constant printing quality and low waste rates. At 50 meters per minute, the automatic webbing-up device is the fastest on the market, thus enabling short makeready times and high availability. The EUROMAN’s precision inking unit combines proven technologies to produce high printing quality. The manroland web systems folders are characterized by maximum reliability, speed, flexibility, and precision – for folds with optimum quality.
A Press Conquers the World
Since 2006 the EUROMAN is on its road to success. Meanwhile there are 17 presslines producing on five continents – equipped with 68 printing units, 17 reel splicers, 17 dryers and 17 folders. Enclosed please find two extraordinary examples:
