Company Updates Offerings as a Full Service Managed Provider
New Berlin, WI - Spectrum Resources Inc., a supplier of print and communications services to businesses, is pleased to release its fresh new brand and product offerings to its clients and prospects. The branding includes a new logo, tagline, graphics, website, and also a corporate video.
"Our business has evolved so fast over the past few years, our brand and messaging didn't really tell the full story," says Larry Surges, founder and CEO. "We have definitely evolved into a managed services firm, who can be a single source provider of everything related to our client's marketing and branding needs," he explains.
The New Brand
Spectrum's new logo and brand identity are a direct reflection of how the company has evolved its product and service offerings over the years. "The depth and breadth of our offering is so robust now, our clients can literally order anything they need for their marketing from a single source," says Surges. He goes on to explain: "We wanted our client audience to understand that our role as a managed services provider ensures that they get the quality and price point they require, without having to shop around for competitive price quotes. In fact, that's the beauty of our business model - since we don't have to 'fit' our client's needs to a limited equipment list, we have the full spectrum of options to choose from. The result is that we can truly find the best solution for them," explains Surges.
The new website includes a short video about Spectrum, which tells the story of this business model and how it makes the company unique. It also includes playful biographies of the Spectrum staff, and features an interesting Fresh Ideas page which will be updated frequently. Mike Eastley, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, says "There is a plethora of new information and new marketing techniques available today. Our clients often bring them to us and ask 'can you do this?' We decided to be proactive and present several new ideas each month on the Fresh Ideas page. Now they can go to a single url to keep up to speed- we do the research and legwork for them," he adds.
The New Spectrum
For the past several years, Spectrum has been honing its print offerings to include every category of print its client's may need- from web and sheetfed, to grand format print and packaging. In fact, Eastley was brought in to the company to grow the product offerings and lines as well as grow the business through sales rep recruiting & sales management. "I'll be sharpening our focus on products and services which complement the core offerings: promotional products, warehousing, fulfillment, and custom ordering portals, explains Eastley. "I'll also be expanding on our core offerings, bringing fresh, new concepts all supported by a strategic marketing effort," he asserts.
To support their unprecedented growth, the company also recently purchased a 60,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building. "Our growth in our fulfillment and distribution business has created a need for expansion as we add new customers and their inventory. We're also out-growing our office space," says Larry Surges. "We'll be moving our offices this summer as well," he added.
