Chowan University Graphic Communications Department Announces it’s 2015 Intern/Employer Day

Murfreesboro, NC - Employers from around the Carolinas and Virginia are invited to participate in the annual Graphic Communications Intern/Employer Day at Chowan University onFebruary 26 from 9am to 3pm. Twenty students will be looking for full time employment and internships in the printing industry. Employers will have the opportunity to interview each potential employee in a private setting for 20 – 30 minutes. Lunch will be provided.

The curriculum at Chowan has a strong commitment to hands on training is on color management (G7), prepress, digital press technologies, VDP/mailing, structural package design, offset, flexography and screen printing.

Started in 1953, The Krueger School of Graphic Communications is celebrating its 61st year of developing the talents of young people for placement into the graphic communications and printing industries. Students completing the program at Chowan University receive a four-year Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communications.
