SGS Names Aidan Tracey CEO

Press release from the issuing company

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Southern Graphics Inc. (“SGS”), a global leader in design-to-print graphic services to the consumer products packaging industry, announced today that its Board of Directors has named Aidan Tracey as the company’s next Chief Executive Officer, effective January 20, 2015. Aidan will also be elected to the SGS Board.

“It has been my honor to serve SGS and its clients, associates and investors for the past 41 years”

Aidan served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic Sales Solutions from 2010 until it was purchased by Acosta Sales & Marketing in 2012, at which time he was appointed as President of Acosta Mosaic Group. Today, Acosta Mosaic Group is an industry leader in supporting the sales and marketing of world class global brands by helping brands connect with consumers in non-traditional ways, including retail events, community experiences, assisted selling, and online social media extensions. While at Acosta Mosaic Group, Aidan achieved an outstanding track record of consistent and profitable revenue growth, leading nearly 12,000 employees in offices across North America. His previous experience also includes marketing and management positions at Procter & Gamble and Interbrew (now ABInBev).

Having conducted a comprehensive search, the Board believes Aidan’s background in marketing services and client side brand building, combined with his successful leadership of a large customer service centric business, is the right fit to take SGS through its next phase of growth. Aidan will help SGS build on its global leadership position and will also bring unique insight from his diverse marketing experience to expand SGS’ global brand strategy offering.

“SGS is a great company made up of passionate people servicing world class clients,” said Aidan. “I am deeply honored to have been selected to help guide SGS through its next phase of growth.”

Aidan succeeds Hank Baughman, who will retire from SGS on January 20, 2015 after 41 years of service in various positions with the company. Hank became President and Chief Executive Officer in 2005. He has been instrumental in providing direction for the company, helping grow SGS from a North American focused business with 1,680 employees to a global leader with over 3,300 employees across 19 countries. Hank will continue to support SGS as a strategic advisor to the Board.

“It has been my honor to serve SGS and its clients, associates and investors for the past 41 years,” said Hank. “Our industry is very dynamic and SGS has been an exciting environment in which to adapt to the constantly changing expectations of our customers. Aidan is a proven leader and uniquely qualified to take SGS to the next level of excellence. I wish Aidan and the employees of SGS nothing but the best in their quest to exceed the expectations of current and future customers.”
