GMC Software Technology Appoints Clay McNaught as Vice President of Sales

McNaught to head enterprise sales within key verticals

GMC Software Technology (GMC), the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM)  today announced Clay McNaught is promoted to vice president of sales, responsible for growth in the financial services, insurance and healthcare industries in North America, a key region for adoption of the company’s GMC Inspire.  With an impressive history of experience in document management, customer communication management and business intelligence, McNaught continues to bring to GMC and its customers extensive knowledge and expertise in virtually every area of software. McNaught now reports to Steve Francis, president and general manager of GMC, North America.

Prior to joining GMC, McNaught served as sales director for Thunderhead.com, where he provided enterprise on-premise and SaaS solutions for multichannel communications and document automation solutions for the  financial services, insurance and retail industries. Before that, McNaught was with California-based Kofax in the position of sales director for the southern United States. There he managed sales teams responsible for enterprise application software automating business processes and financial systems.

McNaught holds a BBA in finance from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas.
