Press release from the issuing company

Jersey City, New Jersey - Diversified Global Graphics Group (DG3), a leading provider of global print, technology, and visual communication services, today announced the acquisition of Marange Printing, Inc. and substantially all of the assets of MPI Mailing Services. Under common ownership, the two businesses are leading providers of print and mail services located in Belleville, New Jersey.

Founded in 1986 by brothers Mario Auterio and Angelo Auterio the businesses provide lithographic printing, digital printing, along with mailing and fulfillment services to a broad base of commercial clients. In connection with the acquisition of Marange Printing and MPI Mailing Services, operations will be consolidated into DG3’s flagship Jersey City facility.

DG3's comprehensive communications solutions combined with Marange Printing’s press power and the mail solutions of MPI Mailing Services will increase DG3’s capacity to provide integrated full service graphic communication solutions and wholly integrated mailing to its financial, pharmaceutical and corporate clients.

"These acquisitions accelerate DG3’s growth and extend our depth of knowledge in mailing services." commented Tom Saggiomo, DG3's CEO. He continued to say "The addition of mail is vitally important as a result of our investment in inkjet printing technology and the rapid growth of our digital print business. Our clients’ personalized communications require an efficient, single source supply chain and we are pleased to close the last gap in this process.”

Marange Printing and MPI Mailing Services principals Mario and Angelo Auterio commented, "The DG3 group has an exciting vision for providing client-centric integrated communication solutions. We are delighted to expand the offering to our clients by combining with DG3 and pleased to contribute our print and mail expertise to the company."
