Firstly, the Luxury Packaging Conference, sponsored by Raison Pure NYC, will debut at the show, boasting senior representatives from Karl Lagerfeld, Diageo, Harrods, Procter & Gamble (Prestige Brands) and Godiva Chocolatier. They will be exploring the vital role packaging has to play in positioning and promoting luxury and prestige brands.
The second feature being unveiled at the show will be the Drinks Symposium run in association with TheDrinksReport.com, where a panel of expert speakers will outline case studies on how original thinking and creative packaging design can create a strong brand identity and build desirability. The third new feature, the Innovation Gallery, brings innovative packaging to the forefront of the exhibition. Upon arrival visitors will be able to see the crème de la crème of packaging from exhibitors at the show, preselected by an independent panel of packaging experts.
Show favourite The BIG Packaging Debate is back by popular demand and will see a panel of packaging professionals debate the controversial topic ‘Is legislation stopping you innovate?’ This interactive debate takes place on day one of the show, Tuesday 30 September in The Keynote Theatre at 15:30. This unmissable feature encourages visitors to share their ideas and questions with the panel.
