Press release from the issuing company

SCARBOROUGH, Maine - DMM, Inc. was recently awarded a four-year contract by the Xerox Corporation. The contract includes the acquisition of the North Wales, Pennsylvania, Print and Mail Distribution Operation Center. DMM, Inc. will manage the operation that includes the output of print and communications work for 30 Fortune 500 clients ranging from financial services and health care sectors to retail management and marketing communications industries. As a result of the Xerox acquisition, DMM has added 85 employees and has substantially increased its revenues. The operation will offer additional capability, capacity, and business continuity planning for all of DMM's customers.

DMM became a Xerox Premier Partner in 2006, and in 2010, was chosen from among corporate partners to be a Xerox Global Service Provider and Print Provider of Choice. The Scarborough-based firm is also a manufacturing partner for other Xerox SBUs. "The Xerox contract with DMM is a natural extension of the two companies' strong and enduring working relationship and represents the Xerox Corporation's extreme confidence in DMM's senior management and operational excellence," explained John Cloutier, DMM President & CEO.

Further commenting on DMM's recent Xerox contract award, Cloutier noted, "We're greatly honored by the confidence and trust Xerox has placed in our company. The contract is a result of our longstanding business relationship with a proven track record on delivering mission-critical document output, optimizing workflows and reducing time to market. We are mutually vested, and we are committed to the relationship for the long term."

Cloutier, an industry expert in direct marketing and mission-critical document output services, is personally overseeing the implementation and ongoing strategic direction of the North Wales operation, supported by a team of operations and production professionals.
