Kodak Versamark will showcase how the Axeda DRM solution provides proactive customer service for their line of high-speed digital printing systems. Axeda DRM is loaded with key features that provide remote monitoring capability to Kodak Versamark service personnel, capturing hundreds of data points from the print engines and providing live and historic information vital for diagnosis and troubleshooting. The system incorporates multiple automated alarms that allow for prompt service interventions. Notifications are automatically generated to trigger corrective or investigative action by service, without the need for intervention on the part of Kodak Versamark's customers. Most of these alarms are very early indicators that prevent printers from suffering downtime and allowing for repairs to be accomplished during scheduled maintenance periods. The key customer benefit is increased equipment uptime and productivity.
