Press release from the issuing company

Hudson, NH -- Presstek, Inc., a leading manufacturer and marketer of digital offset printing solutions, today announced that industry veteran, Tim Sawyer, has joined the company as Director of Sales for the Asia Pacific Rim. Asia Pacific Rim is one of the three largest print markets in the world with a value of US$175 billion, according to PRIMIR's World Wide Market for Print study.
"Asia Pacific Rim is a strategic growth opportunity for Presstek, so we are pleased to appoint and dedicate Tim to this region," said Jeff Jacobson, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. "Tim's extensive industry knowledge and the leadership positions he has held while living in and covering this region make him ideally suited to manage this opportunity for us."
Prior to joining Presstek, Sawyer was the Vice President of Marketing for xpedx's graphics business, where he was responsible for their national go to market strategy.  Prior to xpedx, Sawyer spent several years in leadership roles with Eastman Kodak and Kodak Polychrome Graphics in their respective Greater Asia Headquarters in Singapore, including the position of Director, Prepress Consumables.
"I am thrilled to be joining Presstek and relocating back to the Asia Pacific Rim area once again," said Sawyer.  "I believe that Presstek's industry-leading digital offset solutions are the perfect fit for this market, which is demanding fast turnaround, high quality color printing generated in a digital workflow. I look forward to helping the company meet its strategic business goals in this important region of the world."
