Press release from the issuing company

Novi, MI -- Puzzleflow Solutions USA, the leading workflow solution provider for newspapers and publishers, has completed another successful deployment of PuzzleFlow Automator in Stroudsburg, PA. We are proud to add The Pocono Record, an Ottaway / Dow Jones newspaper site to our longstanding list of newspaper and publishing customers.

The Pocono Record was in need of a pdf prepress automation system to enable them to quickly deliver optimized pages to their sister paper in Middletown, NY. They found out that they had 8 weeks to prepare to shutter their own print facility. They already had a page pairing workflow in place, but this would not satisfy their needs to outsource effectively and they no longer had any needs for page pairing. After some discussions, the decision was made to enlist Puzzleflow Automator to become their prepress workflow for the future.

"I've gotten praises so far with how easy it is to use and understand. I also like that we can schedule automated uploads of PDFs and JPG's to our website, Newseum, etc.. Training was very easy, the software only required a couple hours of training for end users. We're a full PDF workflow now and we can send good, optimized PDF's to our remote press shop and printers. Any file format of an ad or page we need is automatically generated by the system. I was really impressed with how they had no problem making the system work with our 12 year old classified system, and how smoothly they made it integrate with our ad booking and tracking systemsî, says Brian Burbank, Systems Manager, The Pocono Record.
