New Color Printer Completes Upgrading of Copresco’s Digital Press Lineup

Press release from the issuing company

Copresco has installed a Ricoh Pro C901s+ color printer. The new system is the final step in a complete updating and modernization of the digital printer’s on-demand press lineup. Five Digimaster presses have already been installed.

“Our new six-press fleet provides exceptional quality, reliability and the workhorse strength to produce millions of copies short-run publications, books and manuals,” says President and CEO Steve Johnson.

Copresco has won numerous awards for digital color printing excellence in national and international competition. To stay ahead of the rapid communications industry changes, Copresco continually evaluates the latest technical tools and production techniques.

“The new color press—supported by our extensive knowledge of digital technology—keeps us on the forefront of on-demand color printing. Like the new Digimaster digital presses we recently installed, the Pro C901s+ is a toner-based system featuring smaller, more uniform particles that deliver laser-sharp images and surpasses available inkjet technology,” Johnson stated.

“As we have done for our Digimasters, Copresco will do the technical tweaking necessary to take the new color press to the ultimate of cutting-edge technology.”

Copresco specializes in digital on-demand printing of publications, books and manuals for clients in the general business, printing trade, technical and institutional fields.
