New Monthly Magazine Launched by AMSP/NAPL/NAQP

The inaugural issue of ‘Bottom Line,’ a comprehensive publication for printers, mailers, and marketing services providers now in the mail to association members.

East Rutherford, N.J.Bottom Line, a new monthly member magazine, has been launched by AMSP/NAPL/NAQP, the new industry association created this year through the merger of the Association of Marketing Service Providers, National Association for Printing Leadership, and National Association of Quick Printers. The premier issue was mailed to some 7,000 industry professionals earlier this month.

“Through this new periodical we will bring our members the very latest and very best in graphic communications industry market research, updates on legislative and regulatory issues affecting mailing and distribution of the printed product, and best business management practices,” says association President and Chief Executive Officer Joseph P. Truncale, Ph.D.

“Both NAPL and AMSP have a long history of delivering industry insights and information to their members through periodicals such as PS: PostScripts and [P]REVIEWmagazines,” notes association Chief Operating Officer Ken Garner. “This new publication continues that tradition, incorporating the best features of those magazines and adding exciting new columns and articles to meet the needs of members throughout the industry service spectrum, from printing through mailing, fulfillment, and marketing.”

The inaugural April issue includes articles on personalized mail, selling variable-data printing, and providing one-to-one marketing services, with bylined features and columns from association Chief Economist/Senior Vice President Andrew Paparozzi and Senior Consultant Howie Fenton, Print/Mail Consultants President Mike Porter, Mail Moves America Executive Director Ben Cooper, Grow Socially/interlinkONE Chief Executive Officer John Foley, Jr., and Jackson Lewis LLP Managing Partner Chris Antone. Future issues will highlight topics such as data and privacy, business transition, web-to-print, and marketing strategies, among others.
