Press release from the issuing company

Industry Analysts and Leading Technologists Provide Perspective at Customer Communications Conference

Lutz, FLXplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today announced that Xploration® 14 will feature two general session panels addressing Customer Communications in the year 2020.

Xploration® 14 is being held March 25-27, 2014, at the Wyndham Orlando Resort International Drive in Orlando, Florida. Attendees can register here: cvent.com/d/64q8z1.

The panels will provide two different perspectives on what Customer Communications will look like in the next 5-6 years. On Tuesday afternoon Kemal Carr of Madison Advisors, Howie Fenton of NAPL, Andrew Gordon of IDC and Matt Swain of InfoTrends will make up the panel moderated by industry veteran and technologist Pat McGrew, M-EDP of HP.

“The question is, if we look into a crystal ball and assume that technology, disruptive services and human behavior continue to evolve, what will customer communications like 5-6 years down the road?” asks Xplor President and CEO Skip Henk. “These two groups of people should provide some pretty interesting insights in answering that question.”

On Thursday, the roles reverse and industry analyst Charlie Corr of InfoTrends will be asking the questions to a distinguished panel of technologists including Scott Baker of NEPS, Beck Besecker of Marxent Labs, Scott Draeger of GMC Software and Brian Yavorsky of Standard Register.

Full-conference registration to the three-day event includes access to all Xploration® 14’s 60+ educational sessions, panels, keynotes, general sessions, (2) evening networking events, (2) lunches and a breakfast on Thursday.
