Ithaca, NY – Vanguard Printing LLC., the high-quality commercial and publication printer, with sheet-fed and web presses, including both heat-set and cold-set capability, today announced that seasoned industry veteran, Rob Sternau, has joined their management as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Most recently Mr. Sternau served as VP/Director of Sales and Marketing for Allied Printing in Manchester, CT. Sternau has successfully managed sales and marketing departments for major, metropolitan New York City area printers over the past 25 years.   

In his new position at Vanguard Printing, Mr. Sternau will be responsible for developing and overseeing the sales and marketing organization including the direct and indirect sales programs and initiatives.   

Steve Rossi, Principal of Vanguard Printing stated, “Rob’s significant experience leading sales teams in the graphic communications industry will be of great value to us here at Vanguard. Mr. Sternau is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College and lives in Ithaca, New York with his wife and son.
