National Envelope Gains Court Approval of Sale to Cenveo

Frisco, Texas – National Envelope (“National” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved the sale of the Company’s assets in a court hearing this afternoon. In conjunction with Hilco Receivables (acquiring substantially all the accounts receivable) and Southern Paper (purchasing the inventory) Cenveo has acquired substantially all of the assets of National Envelope. The parties expect the sale to formally close on Monday, September 16^th, 2013.
