Move strengthens support and training for customers using popular Enfocus PitStop and Switch applications, and new Enfocus Connect family

Ghent, Belgium - Enfocus, the leader in automation and  creator of the world's leading PDF preflight and editing solution, PitStop Pro, today announces the appointment of Jeffrey Phillips to Senior Product Specialist, North America.

In this role reporting to Carine Bastiaen, Enfocus Support Manager, Phillips is responsible for education, training and support of Enfocus products for North American customers. Products include the new Connect 11 product family, the upcoming PitStop 12 family release, Switch automation, and more to come later in the year.

"It is fortunate that we found such a highly qualified professional for the job," says Bastiaen. "Jeffrey's support will be critical, particularly as we move into the busiest time of the year." Bastiaen says that last week's successful release and subsequent downloads of Connect ALL and Connect YOU are in line with other strong indicators that Enfocus support will be busier in the third quarter, as compared to last year.

Phillips, who is Six Sigma certified, has considerable background in commercial printing, publishing and graphic arts; and throughout his career has been an active user and advocate of many Enfocus products.

Phillips was most recently Quality Assurance Manager at Bartash Printing, Philadelphia. Among the highlights of his tenure at Bartash was direction of the SNAP (Specifications for Newsprint Advertising Production) program for increased standardization between clients and manufacturing. Prior to Bartash, Phillips served as Sales Support and Training Specialist at A.F.L. Web Printing in Vorhees, New Jersey.
