WoodWing's Elvis DAM tour revealed high interest in Digital Asset Management

Press release from the issuing company

On April 19, WoodWing launched its global tour to promote Elvis DAM as the system of choice for safe and efficient Digital Asset Management. The first year’s tour, which focused on Europe, confirmed the high demand for effective DAM solutions and strategies. Throughout this year, the Elvis DAM tour will visit the US, Asia and Australia.

With the stop in London last Thursday, the first season of WoodWing´s Elvis DAM tour came to an end. The tour earlier visited Utrecht in The Netherlands, as well as Hamburg, Germany. The nearly 180 registrations came from publishers, marketing and PR departments of midsize to large companies, advertising agencies and graphic services, IT departments and consultants.

Visitors were presented with an overview of DAM in general and Elvis DAM in particular. In their keynotes, Hans Janssen, CEO of WoodWing, and Erik Schut, President of WoodWing, explained WoodWing Software’s DAM strategy and vision. In his entertaining and informative presentation, Mark Davey, President and Founder of the UK-based DAM Foundation, covered aspects such as the ROI and the trends in digital asset management. After the break, Elvis DAM product manager Bastiaan Born and WoodWing product evangelist Tim Cole demonstrated Elvis DAM with a focus on marketing and publishing scenarios.

"We had very interesting discussions with a number of prospects and customers, confirming the high interest in easy-to-use and powerful DAM systems,” said Hans Janssen, CEO of WoodWing Software. "We were pleased to see that Elvis DAM meets the needs and expectations of users from a wide variety of industries."

Next events in the US, Asia and Australia
Later this year, global tour stops will include New York, Kuala Lumpur and Sydney. More details will be available soon at woodwing.com.
