Melbourne, FL – Three of the printing industry’s leading vendors have thrown their support behind the first-ever National Print Owners Association (NPOA) conference in New Orleans April 19-21, 2013 at the Holiday Inn Downtown – Superdome. Ricoh, Xerox, and Konica Minolta Business Systems will participate in both the Vendor Showcase and the educational program slate at this sold-out event which has attracted some 140 attendees.

Ricoh will showcase its value-added support offerings including Ricoh's Digital Literacy curriculum which gives printers skills to enhance their service capabilities and the Ricoh Business Booster program that enables print providers to get the most out their Ricoh investment with tools to help grow their business with opportunities that go beyond print. Ricoh will also provide information on its suite of TotalFlow solutions, which combine both Ricoh and third-party partner solutions to drive workflows from data capture to delivery.

Konica Minolta Business Systems will highlight opportunities to win market share with its Digital Color Press C8000 and demonstrate the ROI value to commercial print shops. The company will also outline the KM Mission for NPOA Partnerships and Service Level Agreements for long term growth and sustainability and the KM Competitive Advantage with the “Winning Rules of THREE.”

Xerox will offer two presentations at the NPOA Conference. Gina Testa, vice president, Graphic Communication Industry, will discuss how to thrive in the new world of cross communications and Bob Sampson, Production Color Management Consultant, will speak about Xerox’s Confident Color program, designed to improve sales and profits using G7 and color management tools.

“We are delighted that three such outstanding companies are offering such strong support to NPOA,” says NPOA President Jace Prejean. “They are industry leaders and their support means a great deal both to our conference and to our future efforts as we continue to build the association.”
