BOULDER, Colo – Ricoh Production Print Solutions, a leading provider of digital output solutions, today announced that it has forged a partnership with TEC Mailing Solutions, a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of name and address hygiene along with bulk mail sortation services for web-to-print, CRM, ERP, and variable digital printing solutions.  Together, Ricoh and TEC Mailing Solutions will provide cloud-based support for critical mailing output enabling cost-savings and automated, streamlined workflow throughout a broad range of print and mail operations.  Representatives from both companies will be at the National Postal Forum, March 17-21, 2013, showcasing their portfolio of mail processing solutions.

“We are excited to be working along side Ricoh to provide an expanded range of service options for commercial printers, mailroom operators, and other users of mail processing solutions,” said Brian Euclide, President of TEC Mailing Solutions.  “We believe our portfolio of services is an effective complement to Ricoh’s software and services and will enable us to deliver increased cost-efficiency to Ricoh’s broad range of customers.”

TEC Mailing Solutions provides premiere services to the mailing and distribution industries, helping printers, publishers, cataloguers and direct mailers avoid the increased costs and problems that arise from changing postal regulations and procedures.  Their solutions also help uncover hidden savings and profits by processing and mailing as efficiently as possible.

“By collaborating with TEC Mailing Solutions, we are able to help provide our customers with an expanded range of cloud services as part of our Managed ADF suite of offerings.  This combination offers mailers a wealth of opportunities to uncover postal cost savings, including lowering the amount of returned mail they receive – a huge hurdle for mailers to overcome,” said John Hankins, cloud services offering executive, Ricoh.
