Together, OKI Data and Futura Mobility provide hospitals, pharmacies and laboratories with mobile print technologies through mobile carts or workstations on wheels outfitted with ancillary devices like bar code scanners and OKI Data’s label printers, as well as network devices including smartphones, laptops or tablets, can be used by both clinicians and patients. With OKI Data’s MotionPrint technology, mobile print applications and award-winning printers and multifunction devices, healthcare professionals are able to “plug and print” in a secure and efficient manner, reducing patient cycle time and improving workflow procedures for point-of-care printing of patient care plans and discharge forms.
